Spies Hecker Clearcoat Permacron High Solid

Permacron High Solid Clearcoat is a high-gloss clearcoat. It gives your bodyworker a very attractive finish. To use this Clearcoat, we recommend that you apply 2 coats (1 Thin layer and 1 wet layer). It is important to wait between 5 and 10 minutes before applying the second coat of Clearcoat. This Clearcoat complies with Directive 2004/42/EC.

Clearcoat Permasolid from Spies Hecker

Clearcoat is an acrylic liquid finish. We recommend that you apply 2 coats. It has excellent polishing properties and brings an incomparable shine to the surface of your bodywork that you wish to refinish. This bodywork Clearcoat has a number of advantages and gives bodybuilders excellent Reliable vertical stability. To apply this Clearcoat, we recommend that you set your Spray gun nozzle to 1.3-1.4mm diameter with a pressure of 2.0-2.5 bars. For the layer thickness, it is important to obtain a film of 50-60 µm. For the drying time, we recommend leaving to dry overnight in the open air or, if you wish to use an infrared lamp, you will only need 15-20 minutes drying time.

To apply to the outside of your vehicle, we recommend you add 5% Hardener to your mixture, but if you want to use Paint Hardener on the inside of your car, you'll need to add 10% Hardener.
