PPG's Envirobase High Performance is the most advanced technology available for achieving high productivity and profitability for all bodyshop owners. With Envirobase High Performance, you get much more than VOC compliant waterborne solutions. In fact, its products have a shelf life of over 90 days to ensure you save on product, match colour from the first application thanks to easier mixing and finally save energy thanks to its exceptional curing capacity.

2K DP5000 primer from PPG

This range of primers is a compact, ultra-filling, two-component range suitable for all types of work on a car or motorbike. They are ultra-easy to sand and work on all substrates, including original paintwork, steel, etc. At Carross, we offer them in 3L cans in white, grey or dark grey.

DP4000 2K primer

GreyMatic Fast primer by PPG

The GreyMatic Fast range is very easy to apply and sand. These primers are renowned for their excellent filling power and very good surface tension. These primers can be applied to a wide range of substrates, including steel, and are very popular in the automotive repair industry.

PPG DP6000 2K air-dry primer

This range of PPG primers is ultra-easy to apply and sand, and has been designed to save body repairers time and increase their productivity. This range of primers also gives bodybuilders a long-lasting shine on a range of surfaces including old paint, steel and polyester.

Clearcoats for bodybuilders from PPG

PPG has chosen a range of top-of-the-range, high-performance Clearcoats. There are different Clearcoat ranges, including the UHS premium Clearcoat, which is very easy to apply to your car or motorbike and hardens very quickly. PPG also offers Fast drying UHS Clearcoat, which has a very short drying time compared to other Clearcoats and a very hard film. However, the brand wanted to create a Fast drying Clearcoat, i.e. one that dries in 5 minutes at 60°C, enabling the bodybuilder to achieve good stability and minimal loss thanks to a very low mist.

Clearcoat Deltron MS PPG

This bodywork Clearcoat from PPG is a 2-component polyurethane clearcoat. This Clearcoat is used for repairs and repainting of cars and commercial vehicles. For application, we recommend 1 light coat, 1 medium coat and 1 full coat. To get the best results, we recommend waiting between 5 and 10 minutes before applying the second coat. Final air drying time at 20°C is 4 hours.

CeramiClear bodywork Clearcoat

CeramiClear Clearcoat is highly resistant to scratches and scrubbing. This Clearcoat has a low VOC content and gives a shiny finish to your car or motorbike. This Clearcoat is compatible with all Deltron BC and Envirobase ranges.

PPG matt Clearcoat

PPG matt Clearcoat is a multi-purpose 2K acrylic urethane clearcoat used for specialist repairs to cars and motorbikes originally finished with a low gloss clearcoat. When applying this Clearcoat, we recommend that you apply it to a clean surface to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Deltron UHS Rapide Clearcoat

This Clearcoat from PPG is a two-component acrylic urethane clearcoat. Ideal for Spot-repairs on cars and motorbikes finished with a single-coat or multi-coat Clearcoat. We recommend that you apply this Clearcoat in two coats to obtain an ideal result that lasts over time. Drying time at 20°C is 20 to 25 minutes and at 60°C 10 minutes.

UHS Premium Clearcoat

UHS Premium Clearcoat is a two-component acrylic clearcoat ideal for use over the ENVIROBASE High Performance range. All you need to do is apply a medium coat of Paint followed by a heavy coat to achieve a dry film thickness of 50-60 microns. Make sure you apply the first coat to all the panels to be repaired before applying the second coat.
