Our flagship Clearcoat: Ultra Gloss Premium UGV Clearcoat

Ultra Gloss Premium Clearcoat is a 2K UHS 2:1 clearcoat that is very easy to apply and offers an exceptional level of gloss. This Clearcoat requires just two full coats and gives excellent coverage. However, we advise you to respect the drying time, between 10 and 30 minutes at 60°C.

How to use Carross UGV Clearcoat :

This Ultra Gloss Clearcoat is perfectly suited to car repairs. It has very high UV protection and very good chemical resistance. The Tech'team recommends 2 coats of 50-70 µm.

Carross Eco Gloss Antiscratch 2:1 Clearcoat:

This professional bodywork Clearcoat is highly resistant to scratches and weathering that can affect your car or motorbike. This body Clearcoat is ideal for application in a paint booth or in an area reserved for this purpose. It is also highly UV-resistant, giving you a clean, precise result. This bodywork Clearcoat is ideal for repair work.

Applying Carross Eco Gloss Antiscratch 2:1 Clearcoat

To prepare your mixture properly, remember to mix your Clearcoat thoroughly after adding the Hardener, then apply using a Spray gun with a 1.3 mm nozzle diameter. Remember to leave to dry for 5 to 7 minutes between coats to allow the solvents to evaporate.

Our Rapid Gloss VOC 2:1 Clearcoat from Carross

This 2K Premium Clearcoat is extremely fast-drying and can be polished after just 15 minutes drying at 60°C. This car body Clearcoat has an impeccable final hardness. This product lasts over time thanks to its high resistance to various chemicals and UV rays. This professional bodywork Clearcoat is designed for use over water- and solvent-based Basecoats.

Application of Carross Rapid Gloss VOC 2:1 Clearcoat:

It's important to remember to mix your Clearcoat after adding the correct amount of Hardener. Then apply to the surface of your car or motorbike using a Spray gun with a 1.3 mm nozzle diameter. Remember to dry well for 5 to 7 minutes between coats to allow the solvents to evaporate.

Paint primer for bodywork is an essential product for all bodybuilders. It is used to prepare the surface of your car or motorbike. It is the undercoat that isolates the base and gives excellent resistance and adhesion when the paint is applied.

ECO 2K VHS 4:1 filling primer

This body paint primer is a two-component filling primer. It contains very good filling properties. This Paint primer gives the bodyshop an excellent flow and no risk of product sagging, as well as being very easy to apply and sand, resulting in an excellent quality surface for your car or motorbike. This paint primer offers excellent protection against corrosion and is suitable for use on steel, aluminium, galvanised surfaces and surfaces coated with polyester putty.

Application of Carross Paint Primer Filler

Before applying Carross Paint Primer, check that your surface is smooth, clean and free of imperfections. Mix your Carross Paint Primer properly with the addition of one volume of Hardener. If necessary, add 10-20% Thinner for acrylic products by volume. Apply your product using a Spray gun in 1 to 3 coats. Wait between 10 and 20 minutes (depending on the Hardener) between coats to evaporate the solvents before applying the next coat.

Carross aluminium-reinforced finishing putty

This putty, very popular with our bodybuilders, is a finishing putty reinforced with aluminium particles, with excellent shaping properties and very easy to apply.It is very easy to sand using a P150 abrasive to eliminate transitions between the putty and the worked surface of your car or motorbike. This aluminium-reinforced putty has very good temperature resistance and is ideal for filling dents and other imperfections. This Carross product is ideal for sanding by hand or with a sanding machine. It adheres very well to the surface, so there's no need to use a finishing putty afterwards.

Carross Eco Fiberglass Body Putty

This Fiberglass Body Putty is easy to work and sand with a P120 or P150 Abrasive discs, and can be used directly under the filler layer. This product has been designed for use on steel, aluminium and Fiberglass-reinforced plastic. This bodywork putty is ideal for sanding by hand or with a sanding machine. This Fiberglass Eco Putty is also easy to work on different homogeneous surfaces, even in thick layers. It adheres very well to the surface and can be used on surfaces damaged by external elements. Please note that we do not recommend using Putty for bodywork at temperatures below 15°C.

Carross 100° Premium Masking Tape

Premium Masking tape has a number of advantages when you want to work on your car or motorbike. This Masking tape can withstand temperatures of up to 100° for around 20 minutes. It's easy to apply to plastic surfaces and other bodywork surfaces. It's easy to cut and ideal for use with water-based or solvent-based paints. What's more, it offers body repairers a streak-free finish when the Masking tape is removed.

Caring for Carross Masking tape

Masking tape should be stored in a dry, clean place. Tech'team advises you to store Masking tape at a temperature of between 15°C and 25°C. Masking tape has a shelf life of around 1 year.

Masking foam tape from Carross

Once the large surfaces of your car or motorbike have been masked with kraft paper, it's important to pay attention to the details. You need to pay close attention to all the surfaces you want to protect, especially door openings and bodywork parts.

We offer two different sizes of Masking foam tape: RM1350 and RM1950. It can be used to protect surfaces during touch-up or repair work requiring the use of a paint primer. Easy to apply, it offers bodybuilders resistance of up to 90°C.

HYDRO OR SOLVENT COAT: This paint has a two-coat system, which means it requires the use of a Clearcoat. This car paint is made from acrylic polyurethane resins.

1K ALKYDE INDUSTRIAL PAINT: This type of paint meets 100% environmental standards and is known to bodybuilders for being ultra-resistant and very easy to apply. This automotive paint can be applied to all car or motorbike surfaces.

2K EPOXY PAINT: This is a two-component automotive paint. It can also be applied to all the surfaces of your car or motorbike. This paint is highly resistant to external impacts. It has high Theoretical coverage, giving a smooth, clean finish.

2K P.U. PAINT: This car paint is a combination of a resin and a Hardener. It gives bodybuilders, whether professionals or private individuals, greater durability when repairing or touching up a car or motorbike. This type of paint is highly resistant to impacts and UV rays.
