This accessible, quality brand aims to be a sustainable alternative to the other major brands when it comes to bodywork consumables and equipment. Specialising in paint application products, it offers two ranges of jetabkes and a complete range of spray guns. The SMART brand is based on new market technologies and impeccable control of its manufacturing costs. It has also developed the concept of "The cleverwayto spray".
The SmartCupps brand: flexible and rigid pouches
The Smart brand has developed flexible and rigid pouch systems. The flexible pouch system is intended to be not only an economical alternative but also just as high-quality as 3M brand PPS. The pouches are sold in boxes of 50 and available in a range of formats to suit different needs. They perform very well and save you money on your repair costs. However, the brand hasn't stopped there, as it has also developed a range of rigid pockets for your bodywork work on a car or motorbike.
Rigid SmartCupps
This is a very simple bucket system for mixing your paints, painting your bodywork surfaces or storing your paints. Rigid smartcupps have many advantages, such as saving time, easy refilling and efficient working processes thanks to their quick and easy attachment to all Smart brand Spray guns.
Flexible Smartcupps
The brand has also developed flexible smartcupps. This range of cups also offers a host of time-saving benefits, as the cup is only used once, so you only have to clean your spray gun. There's also less residual waste and a closed system to prevent the product from leaking or even running. The working process is just as efficient, as this cup is designed to allow the bodybuilder to mix directly into the inner cup. Leftover paint can also be reused, as it can be hermetically sealed and stored with the appropriate cap.
The Smartgun brand: Spray guns for bodybuilders
The Smartgun range is fairly short but highly effective for all your paint application needs on cars and motorbikes. This range is made up of two premium spray guns that are ultra-economical but still very high quality. We have a spray gun for base coats and a spray gun for Clearcoats that will enable bodybuilders to apply your paints effectively.
Premium paint spray gun - Clearcoat nozzle 1.3
This Spray gun is a premium gun sold with the 93340 plastic cup. This spray gun has been designed to make it extremely easy for bodybuilders to use and apply. This gun complies with environmental standards and ensures excellent transfer to your bodywork surface, saving you Clearcoat and making your bodywork more profitable.
Premium Spray gun - 1.2 nozzle base
The SMART Spray gun is supplied with its 93340 plastic cup. For spraying, we strongly recommend setting your Nozzle to 1.2 mm and a spray pressure of 2-2.5 bar. This is an HVLP spray gun for use when spraying paint.
Touch-up spray gun - Nozzle 1.0 HVLP
The SMART touch-up spray gun is not supplied with a cup at the time of purchase. However, we recommend the 93340 plastic cup. We recommend a nozzle setting of 1.0 mm and a spray pressure of 1.5-2 bar. This gun is ideal for touching up the surface of your car or motorbike bodywork.
Paint primer spray gun - 1.8 MP Nozzle
The SMART Spray gun is sold with its 93340 plastic cup. This gun is suitable for use with bodywork paint primer. This is an HVLP spray gun, and we recommend setting the Nozzle to 1.8 mm and a spray pressure of 1.5-2 bar.
