Deltron MS PPG Professional Clearcoat :

Deltron MS D800 Professional Clearcoat from PPG is a 2-component clearcoat ideal for Spot-repairs as well as work on a complete car. This Clearcoat is for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY. To achieve the right result, apply two coats of Clearcoat to your car or motorbike bodywork.

CeramiClear D8105 Clearcoat from the PPG professional paint brand:

Clearcoat D8105 CeramiClear from PPG is characterised by its excellent resistance to scratches and scrub brushes. It has a low VOC content but still retains its incomparable shine. This Clearcoat is ideal for use with PPG's Deltron BC and Envirobase ranges. There's nothing complicated about using this Clearcoat. Use it in a 2:1 Mixing ratio with its PPG D8215 Professional Hardener. Spray your first coat thin and taut with a 1.3-1.4 mm Nozzle then wait about 10 minutes before applying a second full coat. The waiting time at 60°C will only be 30 minutes.

Deltron GRS D8115 matt Clearcoat from PPG :

Deltron GRS D8115 matt Clearcoat from professional paint brand PPG is for use over finishes from the Envirobase paint range. In terms of application, the Tech'team recommends spraying the Clearcoat with a 1.2-1.4 mm Nozzle, starting with a full first coat. Be careful to apply the product evenly so as not to interfere with the final result. Wait 15 to 30 minutes until your bodywork surface is matt and dry before applying the second, lighter cross-coat.

Deltron Progress PPG Clearcoat:

PPG's D8117 satin Clearcoat is suitable for use over the various paints in the Envirobase range. It gives your surface a satin finish. This Clearcoat D8117 is used in a 3:1 Mixing ratio with the following PPG Hardeners: D8237/D8238/D8239 and in 50% dilution with Thinners D807 and D812. Apply your first full, even coat with a 1.2-1.4 mm Nozzle, then wait approximately 15 to 30 minutes for your surface to dry completely. Then, once the 30 minutes have passed, apply your second full coat.

PPG UHS D8131 Professional Car Clearcoat:

Clearcoat D8131, packaged in 5L cans, is a UHS professional Clearcoat. With its fast-drying properties and ultra-easy application, you'll get a flawless result without a hitch. Clearcoat UHS has a number of advantages, enabling professional and private bodyworkers alike to increase their productivity.

  • Fast drying in just 15 minutes at 60°C
  • Easy polishing and buffing
  • Exceptional final result

To apply this Clearcoat to your car or motorbike, use a paint spray gun. Apply the first coat and wait 5 minutes before applying the second. The Nozzle on your paint gun should be set to 1.2-1.3 mm and your spray pressure should be 2-2.2 bar.

D8135 UHS Professional Clearcoat :

PPGClearcoat D8135 UHS Fast is a two-component Clearcoat from PPG. Specially designed for Spot-repairs, this body paint Clearcoat is suitable for application to the rigid plastic surfaces of your car or motorbike. Deltron Clearcoat D8135 should be applied over a clean, dust-free Envirobase base coat. The use of a dust cloth is recommended. Apply 2 single coats to achieve a film thickness of approximately 60µm. Remember to wait 5 to 7 minutes between coats to get the result you want.

PPG UHS Premium Clearcoat D8173 :

PPG Clearcoat D8173 is a two-componentUHS Premium clearcoat ideal for use on PPG bases from the Envirobase High Performance range. To prepare your mix, our technical team recommends a Mixing ratio of 3:1 with D8302 Hardeners and dilution at 20°C with PPG D8718 Professional Thinner. To obtain a dry film thickness of approximately 50 to 60 µm, apply a medium first coat of Clearcoat and then a thicker second coat using a 1.2-1.3 mm Nozzle.

2K professional Clearcoat for aluminium F389 :

PPG's F389 Clearcoat is a two-component professional clearcoat designed for all aluminium surfaces on your car or motorbike. This Clearcoat from PPG is extremely durable and easy to apply. It is applied in two stages: first apply a medium coat, then leave to dry for around 15 minutes before applying a second full coat. Your paint spray gun should be set up with a 1.3 - 1.6 mm Nozzle and a spray pressure of 3.5 - 4.5 bar.
