Description

D8135 is a two-component acrylic urethane Clearcoat from PPG™. It is designed for quick Spot-repairs on vehicles finished with a Clearcoat over a single or multi-coat tint.
It is packaged in 5L cans. Mixing ratio: 3:1 (D8302) / 20% (D807/D812/D8718/D8719/D8720)

DESCRIPTION

Properties of PPG D8135 UHS Fast Clearcoat

PPG's D8135 UHS Clearcoat is a discount acrylic clearcoat for bodywork, suitable for rigid plastic surfaces thanks to its flexibility. It is compatible with Envirobase colours and can be applied in one or two coats.

Preparing and applying PPG Clearcoat D8135

Before use, this Clearcoat must be mixed with UHS D8302 Hardener (vol. 3:1) and one of the following Thinners (vol. 3:0.6):

  • Below 25°C: Thinner D8714 or D8717
  • Between 20°C and 30°C: Thinner D8718
  • Between 25°C and 35°C: Thinner D8719
  • Above 35°C: Thinner D8720
