Technical characteristics of Carross bodywork putty:
This aluminium particle-reinforced finishing putty has good shaping properties and is very easy to sand with a P150 abrasive to eliminate transitions between the putty and the surface being worked. This Putty has very good temperature resistance. Ideal for filling dents and other imperfections. Suitable for sanding by hand or with a sanding machine. Very good adhesion to the surface, no need to use a finishing putty after this one.
Applying aluminium-reinforced bodywork putty :
Before applying the Putty, the surface must be clean, degreased, dry and matt. Mix the putty well and add 2-3% of the appropriate Hardener. If the temperature is too high, durability may be reduced and drying time accelerated.
Tech'team tip: Using too much Hardener can lead to discolouration of the Topcoat. It is therefore not recommended to use the Putty below 15°C.
