Properties of PT186 PowerTint body paint
Cromax PT186 is a 2-component lacquer system. It allows you to obtain a very high gloss and perfect coverage, all with low product consumption. It's very easy to apply and use to cover your fittings, panels and to make complete paints.
Preparing PowerTint Paint
Paints in the Cromax PowerTint range must be mixed with Thinner and Hardener:

Preparing the surface
After washing the area concerned, degrease it with Cromax Refinish degreaser. Carry out your repairs and sand the surface mechanically with P360 - P500 abrasive paper or wet with P800 - P1000 abrasive paper. Finalise your preparation by blowing off with oil-free compressed air and applying a final coat of Degreaser/Cleaner.
Applying Cromax PT186 PowerTint Paint
On a prepared surface, apply 2 full coats with at least 15 minutes between coats.
For metallic colours, apply a third coat.
Substrate for PT186
PowerTint paints can be applied over all OEM finishes, surfacer primers and Imron Fleet Line surfacers.
