Description of Mobihel Clearcoat AIR Dry Low VOC 40119702
This Mobihel 2:1 Clearcoat AirDry has all the performance and versatility benefits of Mobihel body paints:
- This Clearcoat is suitable for all Partial repairs on your vehicle.
- One of its special features is its speed of drying: allow 1 hour for air drying (20°) and just 5 minutes for forced drying (60°)!
- Once it's dry and cool, the Clearcoat can be polished if you need to make up for a small imperfection on the bodywork.
- Once applied, the Clearcoat has a high gloss finish
- Its fast drying time saves time and increases profitability.
How to apply Mobihel Airdry Clearcoat
- Please note that when applying Mobihel Solvent base, it is compulsory to add 10% 2K Hardener. The optimum choice of Hardener would be Mobihel 2K 1000 or 2K High Solid 4100.
- Mobihel Airdry Clearcoat is used in a 2:1 ratio with Mobihel Hardener for Air Dry Clearcoats 40119801
- When applying Clearcoat with a spray gun, use a 1.2 or 1.3 mm Nozzle and a pressure of 2 or 2.5 bar, at a distance of around 25 centimetres.
- For the number of coats, we recommend a full coat with a film thickness of 50-60 micrometres.
- If you apply several coats, we recommend that you wait 3 minutes between each coat.
