Description of Mobihel Clearcoat 2K HS 2:1 DH Low VOC
The Mobihel 2K HS 2:1 DH Low VOC Clearcoat offers a number of advantages:

Application tip for Mobihel 2K HS 2:1 DH Low Solid HS Clearcoat
- This Clearcoat is best mixed with a Hardener. The Mixing ratio by weight is 2:1: 100g Clearcoat to 52g Mobihel 2K Hardener.
- The mix lasts 1.5 hours at 20°C.
- Its viscosity is 18 - 22s (DIN 53211 Φ 4/20°C)
- If you are applying the product with a spray gun, open the head to 1.2 or 1.3 mm. A pressure of 2 or 2.5 bar is very good.
- The number of coats required can range from 1 Thin layer to 2 coats (DFT 50 - 60 µm).
- Allow approximately 5 minutes drying time between coats at 20°C and 15 minutes drying time at 20°C before drying in the oven.
- For drying, allow 16 hours at 20°C and 30 minutes at 60°C.
- Finally, the drying time using short-wave infrared light is 15 minutes at 70 - 80 cm from the element.
