Substrates compatible with Spies Hecker SH725 Body Paint

Permasolid 275 lacquers can be applied to old or original paintwork in good condition and fully cured, and to primed or primed surfaces.

Preparing and applying a Permasolid 275 base

1. Prepare the surface by cleaning with Permasolid 7799 anti-silicone Thinner or Permaloid 7010, followed by dry sanding with 400 - 500 grit paper. Add to the base :

• Permasolid Hardener VHS 3220 fast (for small areas, spot repairs)
• Permasolid Hardener VHS slow 3230 (for large areas at medium temperatures)
• Permasolid Extra Slow VHS Hardener 3240 (for large areas at high temperatures)

Thinner the base with : Permacron Thinner 3380

Using a 1.2 - 1.4 mm diameter Nozzle, apply one and a half coats (a veil then a full coat), leaving to set between each coat until you obtain a matt surface.
