Its filling power and vertical stability make it very easy to apply. Its improved drying time properties offer body shops the chance to save time, increase efficiency and minimise energy consumption.

How do I use Permasolid High Solid Clearcoat 8810?
Before using High Solid Clearcoat 8810 it is strongly recommended to use appropriate personal protective equipment during application to avoid skin and eye irritation.
1. Mixing preparation :
Mixing ratio with Hardener is 2:1 and by weight 100:52. Spies Hecker Speed Hardener is available in fast and standard.
2. Setting up the paint spray gun :
Get an HVLP or compliant Spray gun and set your nozzle diameter to 1.2-1.3 mm. For the compliant spray gun, the spray pressure should be 1.8-2 bar and for the HVLP 0.7 bar.
3. Application and number of coats :
Apply to your bodywork surface, a half coat + a full coat. The first must be thin and closed and the second normal. Final evaporation takes between 3 and 5 minutes at 20°C.
