Description of Clearcoat 2K High Solid Ultra Fast from 4CR

Fast Clearcoat with exceptional gloss and easy application.

Clearcoat 2K High Solid Ultra Fast application advice from 4CR

  • For spot repair: use 0408 Quick Hardener in a 2:1 Mixing ratio without Thinner.
  • For use on one or two elements: use standard 0408 Hardener in a 2:1 ratio without Thinner.
  • For use on larger surfaces: use 0408 Slow Hardener in a 2:1 ratio without Thinner.
  • Spray nozzle 1.2-1.3 mm at 2 bar pressure.
  • Apply in 2 coats. Flash-off between layers: 3 to 5 min.
  • Drying time: 15 min at 60°C, 8 minutes IR.
