Lesonal 2K High Solid Fast Clear 420 Clearcoat is an automotive clearcoat with a low VOC content (in compliance with current regulations). Ready to use for ease of application, it is suitable for all repairs and offers fast drying and excellent gloss.

Application advice for Lesonal 2K High Solid Fast Clear 420 Clearcoat

  • Use in a 5:1:1 Mixing ratio with its HS420 Hardener and Reducer clear 420 Thinner.
  • Spray with a 1.3-1.4 mm Nozzle and 2-4 bar pressure.
  • Application: Apply a thin fluid coat, followed after 0-5 minutes by a full coat. Allow to evaporate for 3 to 5 minutes before drying at 60°C. 1 thin layer and 1 full layer.
  • Drying time 20 min at 60°C
