How do I apply PPG Delfleet F316 Paint?
1. Preparation of the bodywork surface :
Clean your surface with a professional Degreaser, then carry out your Sanding if necessary.
2. Adjusting the paint spray gun :
- Nozzle diameter: 1.4-.18 mm
- Spray pressure: 2 bar
- Viscosity: 14-17 dry DIN4/20°C
- Dry film thickness: 15 µm
3. Number of coats:
- Apply two to three coats to your bodywork substrate, then allow to evaporate between them at 20°C for 10 minutes.
4. Drying time :
- Drying time at 20°C: 40 minutes
- Recoatable after a minimum of 20 minutes at 20°C and a maximum of 48 hours.
