Preparation and application of Spies Hecker Clearcoat High Solid 8055

This Clearcoat is mixed 3:1 by volume with Hardener :

  • Permasolid VHS 3220 (fast)
  • Permasolid VHS 3225 (standard)
  • Permasolid VHS 3230 (slow)
  • Permasolid VHS 3240 (extra slow)

At 20°C, add 5% Additive for Permasolid® High Solid Clearcoat 9034. For Spot-repairs (except horizontal surfaces) you can replace this Additive with 5% Permasolid Accelerator High Solid 9025.

Application methods for Clearcoat 8055 Permasolid High Solid Spies Hecker

  • 1 Thin layer + 1 full layer without Flash-off between layers
  • 2 full coats with 5-10 min flash-off between layers
  • use a 1.3 - 1.4 mm Nozzle and 2 - 2.5 bar pressure
