Steps for using DeBeer MM911 :
1. Preparation and mixing ratio :
To prepare, add 10 to 20% De Beer Thinner 9-151. Shake lightly to make the mixture homogeneous.
Once mixed, clean the repair surface with a special bodywork degreaser, then wipe the area with a clean microfibre cloth. Sand the surface with P400 or finer abrasive paper if you wish.
2. Setting the spray gun and spraying the coats :
Set your Nozzle diameter to 1.3mm then apply 2 to 3 coats or until there is a covered arc in the Blending area.
Tech team tip: Allow to evaporate to a uniform matt surface.
4. Applying a Waterbase placement veil :
Apply the double distance placement veil at 1 bar. Stay within the Blending area.
We recommend a Nozzle diameter of 1.2-1.3mm and an air pressure of 1/4.5.
The placement veil must be applied to obtain the shade and effect. It will also help to even out the colours.
