Permacron® 3300 primer is a high-quality 2K primer-primer. It ensures good adhesion to plastics. Easy to apply, it is compatible with the wet-on-wet system.
Substrates compatible with Spies Hecker® 3300 primer
This primer can be applied to all plastic parts on the exterior of passenger cars.
Application of 3300 Spies Hecker® primer
3300 Permacron® Primer should be mixed with 3301 Permacron® Elastic Hardener 1:1 by volume.
Apply with a 1.3 - 1.4 mm diameter Nozzle at a pressure of between 2 and 2.5 bar. Apply two coats, one light and one normal, to obtain a dry film 25 - 30µm thick. At room temperature, the surface will be dry after approximately 15-20 minutes.
