DESCRIPTION

Properties of the RM® Extrasealer additive

RM® Extrasealer is an additive for industrial use. It is used in conjunction with Extrasealer white and black body filler to enable direct application to plastics.

Preparing and applying Flexpro RM® Additive

To prepare the surface, clean it with RM® PK 900. Sand the surface (steel: P80, aluminium: P150 - P180, Galvanized steel and old solvent resistant finish: P240) and degrease with RM® PK 1000.

The Extrasealer primer, Hardener and Thinner are mixed by volume 300:100:100.

The mixture can be mixed with standard Hardener D80 or Fast Hardener D70.
