Properties of Spies Hecker Clearcoat Permasolid High Solid 8035

Spies Hecker Clearcoat Permasolid High Solid 8035 can be used over a range of Permahyd lacquers. This car Clearcoat, offered at a discount price by Carross, complies with the current VOC directive. It is applied in one and a half coats. This Clearcoat has excellent gloss properties and dries quickly. It gives a good gloss.

Preparation and application of Clearcoat 8035 Spies Hecker

Clearcoat 8035 can be applied in two ways: either with Permasolid® High Solid hardeners or with Permasolid® VHS hardeners.

Alternatively, use Permacron Thinner 3380 Spies Hecker (pot life at +20°C: 60 - 90min). Using a 1.2 - 1.3 mm diameter Nozzle and a pressure of 2.0 - 2.5 bar, apply a veil then a full coat. A layer of 50 - 60µm thickness is recommended. Leave to dry overnight at room temperature, or for 15 - 20 minutes using infrared rays.
