Primer Sanding Fill-R+ eSence 3L RM
RM's eSense Primer is a product for bodywork applications, used to improve the adhesion and results of paints. Thanks to its excellent application properties, it can be used to prepare surfaces before painting, guaranteeing optimum results. It is ideal for levelling and protecting the surface, providing a smooth, even base for Topcoats. This white primer is particularly appreciated for its ease of application and its performance in terms of adhesion and protection.
Designed with an innovative formulation, it ensures effective filling of micro-defects. Its excellent sanding properties ensure a perfectly prepared surface. What's more, its optimised composition ensures fast drying, reducing the waiting time between stages in the paint process. Thanks to the large quantity in the can, you can work on large surfaces and optimise the application of the product for different bodywork jobs.
To ensure proper polymerisation and optimise product performance, the primer requires the use of a Hardener to improve: resistance, adhesion, drying time and durability.
Application of RM eSense primer
RM's 3-litre eSense White Primer is used to prepare bodywork surfaces prior to painting. This product is applied in several stages:
1. Surface Preparation
Thoroughly clean and degrease the bodywork, then lightly sand the surface to improve adhesion.
2. Mixing the product
Follow the recommended dilution proportions to ensure good viscosity.
3. Applying to the surface
Spray in thin, even coats depending on the substrate and the desired finish.
4. Drying and Sanding
Leave to dry for 3 hours at 20°C or 20 minutes at 60°C or 9 minutes using an infrared lamp, then sand if necessary before applying the Topcoat.
