Description of Glasurit Clearcoat Eco Balance A-C-90

This Eco Balance A-C-90 Clearcoat is ideal for Glasurit waterborne finishes. Glasurit's new AraClass range offers exceptional quality while working in an environmentally friendly way.

Application advice for Glasurit Eco Balance Clearcoat A-C-90

  • Use in a 2:1 Mixing ratio with Eco Balance A-H-490 matt Hardener.
  • Spray with a 1.3-1.4 mm Nozzle and 2 bar pressure.
  • Apply 2 full coats.
  • Flash-off between layers: Flash-off between layers or before baking, 10 to 15 minutes after the 1st coat of Clearcoat and 15 to 20 minutes after the second coat to achieve complete flash-off. Do not exceed 25 minutes of evaporation after each coat.
  • Drying time 30 min at 60°C

Tech'team tip: Drying time can be influenced by the choice of Hardener, Thinner and application.
