Description of Carross SP400:
Fast drying 1k all purpose primer for use as a thin primer. This primer offers very good adhesion to all conventional metal and plastic surfaces used in the automotive industry and can be overcoated with all types of 1k and 2k waterborne and solvent-based paints. Ideal for Spot-repairs.
- Colour: light or dark grey
- Type of binder: polyvinyl butyral
- Coverage: 400 ml enough for approx. 1.0 m2 (depending on substrate, colour and thickness of application)
- Drying time : 30 to 40 minutes (drying time obviously depends on ambient temperature, air humidity and thickness of coat applied)
- Heat resistance: up to 250°C.
- Volume: 400ml
- VOC: 168.6kg
- Storage: store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Application of SP400:
The area to be treated must be dry and free of rust, dust and grease. It is important to clean the surface thoroughly before Sanding.
Tech'team tip : Shake the Spray vigorously before use, then test the spray before applying to the surface in question.
