Characteristics of MaxMeyer Clearcoat High Solid 0200
MaxiClear High Solid 1.360.0200 is a two-component High Solid Clearcoat from MaxMeyer. It offers excellent performances such as a good application, an excellent tension, a fast drying, a good hardness, a very high gloss and an excellent final shine. If you need to do two-coat finishes, this Clearcoat will be perfect. Whether you need to touch up your Clearcoat or repaint your car completely, you'll get excellent resistance and good hardness over time.
Applying MaxMeyer High Solid 0200 car Clearcoat
As far as the paint spray gun is concerned, the ideal Nozzle is indicated directly on the Clearcoat technical data sheet. You can apply up to two coats and the optimum thickness of Clearcoat for cars is 50 microns.
2:1 Mixing ratio with Hardeners :
Thin up to max. 10% with Thinner 1.911.4310 (standard) or 1.911.4320 (slow)
Drying of MaxMeyer car Clearcoat
Remember to leave a drying interval of 10 minutes between coats.
- At 20°, the Clearcoat can be handled the following day.
- At 60°, the Clearcoat will be dry after 34-40 minutes.
- Finally, if you want to dry the Clearcoat using infrared, allow 15 minutes on short-wave.
