Description of De Beer Air Dry HS420 8-615 Clearcoat

Carross offers you De Beer's Air Dry HS420 8-615 Clearcoat. This Clearcoat is packaged in 5-litre cans and has a shelf life of 2 years (normal storage conditions, 10°C to 30°C [50°F to 90°F] and unopened container). Air Dry Clearcoat 8-615 HS420 HT is a high-quality car clearcoat. Based on polyurethane, it offers high resistance for applications on the WaterBase 900 and BeroBase 500 series. This Clearcoat is very effective because it is perfect for carrying out any type of repair, while having excellent drying or treatment properties. This Clearcoat has been specially designed for air drying. This bodywork product can also be baked at low temperatures and subjected to forced drying. This Clearcoat is designed to be applied to the WaterBase 900 and BeroBase 500 series.

Clearcoat application tips Air Dry HS420 8-615 De Beer

  • This Clearcoat is used 3:1 with Hardeners 8-430 (very fast), 8-440 (fast), 8-450 (standard) and 8-460 (slow) and diluted 10% with 1-141 (fast), 1-151 (medium) or 1-161 (slow).
  • Use a 1.2 -1.4 Nozzle with a pressure of 2 -2.5 bar.
  • Apply in 1.5 to 2 coats 50-80µm thick.
