Description of the mini 2.0 new PPS 200 ml bags - Lid/filter 200 µm :
3M's mini 2.0 new PPS 200 micron pouches represent a complete disposable cup solution for mixing, measuring, filtering and finally spraying. Several cup sizes are available to suit a wide range of bodywork repairs.
Each kit contains :
- 50 disposable lids
- 50 disposable bags
- 1 rigid, reusable cup
- 32 sealing plugs
Use of the new 3M mini 2.0 PPS bags 26114:
This professional system is designed for use with solvent and/or water-based coatings. Thanks to specially designed adapters, this new PPS system can be used with almost all Spray guns.
- Insert a flexible pouch into the rigid cup
- Prepare the paint mixture directly in the 3M pouch
- Position the lid on top of the cup and lock by screwing 1/4 turn
- Select the right adaptor for your Spray gun. Turn and push until the adapter locks into the lid.
- After spraying, turn the gun upside down and pull the trigger so that the paint flows back into the cup.
- Disengage the gun from the 3Mâ„¢ PPSâ„¢ 2.0 system.
- To remove the pouch and lid together from the rigid cup, unscrew the lid 1/4 turn, and push up with a finger placed in the rigid cup window.
