Characteristics of De Beer High Solid anti-scratch Clearcoat 8-214

Carross offers you De Beer High Solid anti-scratch Clearcoat 8-214. This Clearcoat is packaged in 5-litre cans and has a shelf life of 2 years (normal storage conditions, 10°C to 30°C [50°F to 90°F] and unopened container). It is a scratch-resistant, VOC compliant clearcoat. This Clearcoat is intended for use on De Beer Series MM500 - 5999 BeroBase 500 and MM900 - 9999 WaterBase 900+.

Application advice for De Beer High Solid anti-scratch Clearcoat 8-214

  • This Clearcoat is used 2:1 with Hardeners 8-140 (fast), 8-150 (medium), 8-160 (slow) and can be diluted max 5% with 1-141 (fast), 1-151 (medium), 1-161 (slow) or 1-171 (very slow).
  • Use a 1.2 -1.4 Nozzle with 2 bar pressure.
  • Apply in 1.5 to 2 coats 50-60µm thick.
