Carross offers you De Beer High Solid Low Gloss Clearcoat 8-407. This Clearcoat is packaged in 1 litre cans and has a shelf life of 2 years (normal storage conditions, 10°C to 30°C [50°F to 90°F] and unopened container). De Beer High Solid Low Gloss Clearcoat is a top-of-the-range system composed of : 8-407 High Solid Clearcoat low gloss and 8-409 High Solid Clearcoat semi gloss, as well as 8-455 Hardener. This Clearcoat is designed to be applied to De Beer's MM500 - 5999 BeroBase 500 and MM900 - 9999 WaterBase 900+ Series.

How to apply De Beer Clearcoat High Solid low gloss 8-407

  • This Clearcoat is used 3:1 with High Solid Matt Hardener 8-455 and diluted 25% with High Solid Matt Thinner 8-451.
  • Use a 1.3 -1.4 Nozzle with a pressure of 1.8 - 2 bar.
  • Apply in 2.5 coats, 45-60 µm thick.
