Characteristics of De Beer 1K Plastic Primer 1-60

Carross offers you De Beer 1K Plastic Primer 1-60 . This primer is packaged in 1-litre cans and has a shelf life of 3 years (normal storage conditions, 10°C to 30°C [50°F to 90°F] and unopened container). This 1K Plastic primer from De Beer is formulated from resins designed to improve adhesion to raw plastic parts.

Application of De Beer 1-60 1K Plastic Primer

  • Ready to use product.
  • Applied in a single coat of 10-20µm with a 1.3-1.4mm Nozzle gun and 2 bar pressure.
  • Powder dry in 20 minutes at 20°C.

Tip: To save time during application and drying, you can use 1K Plastic Primer 1-60 as an adhesion additive for plastics with 8-746 High Production Non-Sanding. Refer to the 8-746 technical data sheet.
