Description of Mobihel CompactPrimer Plus filling primer

Mobihel CompactPrimer Plus is a high build (up to 180 µm) Low VOC primer with excellent adhesion to all types of metal substrates (steel, iron, zinc, aluminium, etc.).
Available in white, light grey and black. They can be mixed to match the colour of your primer.

Application advice for Mobihel CompactPrimer Plus filling primer

  • Mixing ratio 4:1 with Hardener 2K 700 Plus (standard) or 2K 750 Plus (extra fast)
  • Thinner 10-15% with 2K 2100 Thinner
  • Application with a 1.6 - 1.8 mm Nozzle gun and a pressure of 1.8 - 2 bar
  • 2-3 coats for a film thickness of 120 - 180µm, waiting 8-10min between coats
  • Drying time at 20°C: 4-5h
  • Drying time at 60°C : 30min
  • IR drying time : 15-20min
