Characteristics of 4CR 4280.4000 Wet-on-Wet Body Paint Primer

Fast drying primer that can be used as a filler or wet-on-wet. Excellent adhesion to iron, steel, aluminium, galvanised surfaces and plastics (PP-EDM, ABS, PC, ABSPC, PMMA, PU, PVC, GRP).

Very easy to sand.

Application of 4CR 4280.4000 Wet-on-Wet Body Paint Primer

We recommend using with Fast Hardener

• For use as a filler: Mixing ratio 4:1 with its 0407 Hardener and 00%-05% with its 0505 Thinner or Mixing ratio 6:1 with its 0408 Hardener and 5% - 10% with its 0505 Thinner.
• For wet-on-wet use: Mixing ratio 4:1 with its 0407 Hardener and 20%-30% with its 0505 Thinner or Mixing ratio 6:1 with its 0408 Hardener and 25% - 30% with its 0505 Thinner.
• For use on plastic: Mixing ratio 4:1 with its 0407 Hardener and 20%-30% with its 0505 Thinner or Mixing ratio 6:1 with its 0408 Hardener and 25% - 30% with its 0505 Thinner.

Use a gravity spray gun with a 1.2 - 1.8 mm Nozzle at a pressure of 2 - 2.5 bar for 1 - 3 coats, waiting 5 - 8 minutes between coats.

The product is dry in 30 - 40min at 60°C
