Application advice for Mobihel wet-on-wet primer
Wet-on-wet application:
- Mixing ratio 3:1 with Hardener for wet-on-wet primer 2K 700
- Thinner 10% with Thinner 2K 2100
- Application with a 1.2 - 1.4 mm Nozzle gun and 2 - 2.5 bar pressure
- 1-2 coats for a film thickness of 30 - 40µm, waiting 5 - 10min between coats
Use in sandable version :
- Mixing ratio 3:1 with Hardener for wet-on-wet primer 2K 700
- Do not thin
- Application with a 1.2 - 1.4 mm Nozzle gun and a pressure of 2 - 2.5 bar
- 2-3 coats for a film thickness of 60 - 100µm, waiting 5 - 10min between coats
- Drying time at 20°C: 3-4h
- Drying time at 60°C: 30min
- IR drying time: 15-20min
