Description of the Clearcoat Macrofan Power UHS MC405

Macrofan Power MC405 Clearcoat by Lechler is a two-coat clearcoat for high quality mica, metallic and opaque finishes. It is a Clearcoat designed for touch-ups, Partial repairs and complete repairs in car bodywork. Suitable for all bodywork touch-up jobs, it optimises process time/costs, especially in certain application conditions (low temperatures) and equipment conditions (inefficient booths).

Macrofan Power UHS MC405 Clearcoat application advice

  • Use in Mixing ratio 2:1 with UHS Hardeners MH100/110/115 and 10-15% with Thinner autorefinishing 740/741/742/755.
  • Spray with a 1.2-1.3 mm HVLP Nozzle and 2 bar pressure.
  • Application: see tables in the technical data sheet depending on the Hardener used.
  • Flash-off between layers: see tables in the technical data sheet depending on the Hardener used.
  • Drying time: see tables in the technical data sheet depending on the Hardener used.
