Description of Sikkens Autoclear 2.0 Clearcoat
Autoclear 2.0 is a two-component VOC Clearcoat designed for optimum application. The concept of this new Clearcoat is to adapt to all types of repairs at an optimum level of quality and in all application conditions. Clearcoat technology ensures excellent, reliable performance combined with a high level of gloss applied over Autowave 2.0.
Application advice for Sikkens Autoclear 2.0 Clearcoat :
- Use in Mixing ratio 1:1 with its Hardener Autoclear 2.0 and 33% of its Thinner Autoclear 2.0 reducer.
- Spray with a 1.2-1.3 mm Nozzle and 2 - 2.2 bar pressure.
- Application 1 medium coat and 1 full coat.
- Flash-off between layers 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drying time 15 min at 60°C with 2.0 reducer fast.
- Drying time 25 min at 60°C with 2.0 reducer slow
