Preparation and application of R-M CB10K Crystal Base
Clean the surface with RM's PK 2000, then sand with 400-grit paper. R-M Crystal Base Paint can be applied over RM primer or original paint. Add R-M standard Hydromix Thinner 100:60 by volume to the Crystal Base (pot life: one week). Using a 1.4 - 1.5 mm diameter Nozzle, apply 1 to 2 coats, followed by an effects coat, leaving to dry between coats until a matt surface is achieved. The surface dries in 15 minutes in the open air.
