The professional brand of body paints offers the Macrofan High Solid system which includes 31 concentrated basecoats formulated with high quality pigments. These basecoats are designed to offer high resistance and Theoretical coverage, allowing a wide range of colours to be painted. The combination of the colours with specific binders allows the creation of different types of finished products, suitable for different applications and performances.

How to use Lechler Macrofan High Solid Paint
1. Surface Preparation
Before applying the Paint make sure the surface is clean, sanded and primed.
2. Mixing the different products
Mix the base with a suitable binder, then add the Thinner to adjust the viscosity.
3. Applying the mixture
This product is applied with a spray gun in 2 to 3 thin, even coats, with a flash-off time of 5 to 10 minutes between coats at 20°C.
4. Drying the product
Air drying takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes at 20°C or can be accelerated if you opt for booth drying (60°C for 20-30 minutes).
Advice: work in a well-ventilated environment and use protective equipment, follow the technical data sheets and store the Paint in a dry place at room temperature to avoid any deterioration.
