The Macrofan High Solid 2000 Mat 9890 Clearcoat from Lechler has many advantages:

  • Excellent scratch resistance
  • Uniformly opaque appearance
  • Optimum resistance to light and atmospheric agents
  • Can be mixed with 09896 MACROFAN High Solid 2000 SAT to obtain different levels of mattness.

Application advice for Lechler Clearcoat Macrofan High Solid 2000 Matt

  • Use in Mixing ratio 15% with UHS Hardeners MH100/110/115 and 25-35% with Thinner auto refinishing 740/741/742/755.
  • Spray with a 1.4 mm HVLP Nozzle and 2.5 bar pressure.
  • Apply 2 full coats.
  • Flash-off between layers 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Drying time 30 min at 60°C.
