Available in 0.5 litre packs, Lesonal WB73 Transparent Yellow Paint has a number of features:

Lesonal WB73 Paint Application

1. Surface preparation:

   • Thoroughly clean the surface to be painted to remove all traces of dirt, grease and contaminants.
   • Sand the surface to ensure good adhesion. Use suitable sandpaper, usually 400-600 grit.
   • Wipe the surface with a lint-free cloth and a water-based cleaner to remove dust and sanding residue.

2. Applying primer:

   • Apply a primer compatible with water-based paints, such as Lesonal primer.
   • Allow the primer to dry according to the manufacturer's recommendations, then sand lightly to obtain a smooth surface.

3. Mixing WB73 Paint:

   • Shake the paint can well before opening.
   • Mix the WB73 Paint. In general, this involves shaking well and diluting if necessary with water or a Thinner specific to the WB range.

4. Adjusting the Spray gun :

   • Use a Spray gun
   • Adjust the pressure and Nozzle according to the recommendations for WB73 Paint.

5. Paint application:

   • Apply the paint in thin, even layers. In general, two to three coats are required for full coverage.
   • Wait for each coat to dry before applying the next. WB73 Paint is designed to dry quickly, but follow the recommended drying times.

6. Drying between coats:

   • Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next. Drying time may vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity, but is generally fast for WB73.

7. Clearcoat application:

   • Once the last coat of Paint is dry, apply a compatible Clearcoat to protect the paint and give a glossy finish.
   • Apply two or three coats of Clearcoat following the same principles as for the Basecoat, respecting the drying times between coats.

8. Final drying and polishing:

   • Allow the Clearcoat to dry completely.
   • Once completely dry, polish the surface if necessary to achieve a perfectly smooth, glossy finish.

9. Cleaning equipment:

   • Clean tools and Spray gun immediately with water or a suitable cleaner to prevent paint from drying and clogging the equipment.
