How to use Glasurit A-U-93 and A-U-99 Primers?
1- Mixing ratio :
2- Paint gun setting :
- Spray pressure: 2 bar
- Nozzle outlet (HVLP gravity spray gun): 0.7 bar
- Nozzle diameter: 1,3-,14 mm
- Dry film thickness: 20-35 µm
3- Application of coats :
1 to 2 coats (1 coat on the masked area and one coat on the entire surface to be painted)
4- Drying time and evaporation at 20°C :
Evaporation time at 20°C is 15 to 20 minutes.
- Air drying at 20°C: 30 to 45 minutes before applying Topcoat.
- Booth drying at 60°C: 15 minutes
- IR drying: 8 to 10 minutes, depending on the intensity and distance of the lamp.
