Tips for using Waterproof abrasive sheets

  1. Surface preparation: Make sure the surface to be sanded is clean and free of dust or debris. If necessary, clean the surface with soap and water and leave to dry completely.
  2. Impregnating the sanding sheet: If the sanding sheet is not already impregnated with water, you can soak it in a container of water for a few minutes before starting to sand. Make sure the sheet is well impregnated, but not soggy.
  3. Sanding: Start by applying light to medium pressure to the surface to be sanded. Use regular, even strokes, making sure you cover the entire surface evenly. Keep the abrasive sheet moist by regularly soaking it in clean water while sanding.
  4. Rinsing: After you have finished sanding, rinse the surface with clean water to remove any abrasive residue. Make sure all dust and particles are completely removed.
  5. Drying: Allow the surface to dry completely before applying any other finish or treatment.
  6. Cleaning the abrasive: After use, rinse the abrasive sheet with clean water to remove abrasive particles and allow to dry completely before storing.
