Description of Nexa Autocolor High Solid+ filling primer

Nexa Autocolor Professional Paint Primer is a wet-on-wet primer based on the latest acrylic technology. It can be used to optimise the repair process when combined with Aquabase Plus systems. This Paint P565-5601 primer guarantees a high-quality final appearance with properties as good as those of a sandable primer, without the need for sanding.

Application of Nexa Autocolor P565-5601 primer paint

The Paint primer can also be applied as a filling primer with a maximum thickness of 100 µ. The quality of the wet-on-wet finish is exceptional, with adhesion to a very large number of corrosion-resistant substrates and many plastics, without the use of primers, and a coverage time of up to 5 days are the key features of this product.

Use of Nexa Autocolor P565-5601 filling primer

Using Nexa Autocolor P565-5601 professional primer eliminates the need to sand the cataphoretic coating, speeding up the preparation of flawless new panels. This professional primer can be covered directly after 15 minutes or up to 5 days without sanding. New panels can be primed in advance, so they can be covered with the Topcoat at the same time as the vehicle. Waiting longer than 15 minutes allows the primer to achieve better tension and therefore a better quality finish.
