Features of the Spies Hecker SH5250
Preparing the substrate
- Clean your surface using SH7020 Permaloid Thinner .
- Lightly sand your surface after cleaning.
- Once sanding is complete, remember to clean your surface again using a microfibre cloth to remove all traces of dust or residue.
Air drying
At 20°C room temperature :
- dry for sanding 60-120 minutes (depending on the Hardener used and the thickness of the dry film)
- 130-200 µm: after overnight
Accelerated drying
Drying at 60 °C substrate temperature :
- 70-130 µm: 20-25 minutes
- 130-200 µm : 25-30 minutes
