What are the features of NS2602 and NS2607?
The white (NS2602) and black (NS2607) no-sanding primer is a highly versatile professional product that eliminates the need for a 2-coat system and helps increase productivity in the bodyshop. It offers excellent adhesion and resistance as soon as it is applied. This product can be applied to metal, to unsanded cataphoresis and to the plastic parts of your vehicle if you incorporate Cromax 'sAZ9600 Additive for Plastic .
This primer can be overcoated with all Cromax finishes. Developed by Cromax ValueShade which provides the optimum undercoat for each shade of Topcoat.

How to apply the primer without sanding?
Mixing ratio: 4:1 with XK203 Quick Activator and 20% XB383 Standard Thinner or XB387 High-Temperature Thinner.
1. Substrates :
- Sanded and cleaned bare steel
- Zinc-plated steel or aluminium parts, sanded and cleaned
- Old paint or original paint correctly sanded and cleaned
- Original primer (cataphoresis), finely sanded or unsanded and thoroughly cleaned
- Surfaces prepared with commercially available cataphoresis.
2. Spray gun adjustment :
> Compliant spray gun:
- Nozzle diameter: 1.3-1.4 mm
- Spray pressure: 1.5-2 bar
- Inlet pressure
> HVLP spray gun:
- Nozzle diameter: 1.3-.14 mm
- Spray pressure: 0.7 bar

3. Number of coats :
We recommend applying 1 to 2 coats of your mixture with a final evaporation time of between 15 minutes and 8 hours.
